MANNER OF INTERVIEW AND INTERROGATION IN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AS PRACTICED BY POLICE OFFICERS IN LUCENA CITY

Abstract
This research study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the manner of interview and interrogation practiced by the Lucena City Police investigators. The gathering of the important data was conducted to the Police Officers in Lucena City whose main duty is to solve crime and investigate through interview and interrogation to get the vital information related to the crimes. The results of the study led to the recommendations for the improvement of the manner of interview and integration practiced by Lucena City Police investigators.
