A hospital is an institution that provides sanitary, medical and surgical treatments for illness or injury. This study aims to provide the residents of Agdangan, Quezon a hospital which will attend to their sanitary and medical needs. This study was guided by the objectives as follows: to design a four – storey circular – shaped hospital in Agdangan, Quezon; to prepare plans, drawing details and layouts of the designed hospital; to prepare the technical specification, program of works and cost estimate of the designed hospital and to evaluate the prototype in terms of cost and aesthetics. The descriptive and developmental research design method is used in the study “A Four Storey Circular Hospital located in Agdangan, Quezon”. It complies with the basic technical requirements of the structural design of reinforced concrete structures. The total cost is based on the technical specifications and is based on the present cost of market and with an added cost for market change. The Ultimate Strength Design Method (USD) is also applied. Therefore, the researchers with the residents of Agdangan, Quezon as respondents concluded that the design of “A Four Storey Circular Hospital” uses necessary knowledge, concepts, theories and principles in building construction, site investigation, soil analysis, structural computation of members, sewerage system design principles, as well as the cost of estimates and bill of materials and appropriate.
