RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT OF PNP REGIONAL IV TRAINING SCHOOL IN CAMP NAKAR LUCENA CITY

Abstract
This research intended to determine the risk management strategies in the training environment of region IV training school in camp Nakar Lucena City. The researchers use descriptive survey method of research and distributed a set of questionnaires to 100 police personnel as respondents, who are conducting their training inside the camp.
Finding shown that the police respondents who had been trained in region IV training school in camp Nakar Lucena City were encountered the different programs as the requirements of police service. They were knowledgeable in terms of application of their profession. With regards to the level implementation in terms of trainees safety, use of equipment and security measures the training camp highly implement their rule and regulations for the prevention of any incident that may arise.
The police trainees also faced different problems inside the camp during the commencement of their training. They experienced the improper punishment when they violate the rules and policies inside the camp premises.
