Abstract
Enjoying food based from a novel idea by means of a mobile food truck through its history is first looked through sets the advertising and marketing strategy of this business of which it requires the selection of appropriate media. Introducing and promoting the Food Truck Industry in the Province of Quezon was identified and described through the use of appropriate media channels selected. The purpose of this research paper is to gain an in-depth understanding of the possibilities in the food industry that makes use of food trucks within the urban and sub-urban areas. Creative strategies and different forms of promotions to support the entire advertising campaign are proposed to be used to better determine the profiles and preferences of future customers.
