Abstract

The study focused on a systematic approach in the design of an annex of the Philippine Military Academy in Southern Luzon. This military institution was conceptualized in accordance with the needs of the users and was specifically adapted to the build environment. The objective of the study led to the design of a Military Training Camp by using appropriate design standards based on the set operations of the proposed study. The Philippine Military Academy in Southern Luzon was situated in Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. The intended location is enclosed in an agricultural zone. This selection of the location was approved by the commanding authority of the Philippine Military Academy under the proposed study on the Province of Camarines Sur was provided with a training camp was planned as an extension of the Philippine Military Academy that will serve as instrument where future cadets will enhance their skills through institution. Cades from the southern regions will be given accessibility. The architectural and structural design presented in this study received assistance from the Military Academy in accordance with the standards based fro the results of the study through which the Philippine Military Academy were provided with a landmark into its educational institution. The proposed construction on the training facilities, academic buildings and obstacle courses that guarantee convenience will not only be given to the cadets but this project will educate the local community on how cadets train to serve their home land. This project is also seen as an instrument that will provide the community of Del Gallego, a safe and secure environment.
