The Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office's activities are highly regarded, with communication of disaster warnings rated positively. However, financial constraints, specifically a lack of budget for preparedness, pose a significant challenge. To enhance disaster management, the researchers recommend that the Local Government Unit (LGU) provide training and seminars to improve disaster awareness and management across barangays, thereby empowering communities to mitigate the impacts of disasters.
