A Proposed City Hall for Tayabas City

The study focuses on the development of a new city hall for the City of Tayabas as a response to the need of the local community. With this proposal, that major alterations are introduced in which the new city hall will longer be in accordance with the traditional requirements that set all public transactions to be conducted at the poblacion. Due to insufficient space, the need for the expansion of facilities and spaces including the projection of future uses of the new city hall is set to provide for the needs of the community whereas development will provide efficient transaction between government agencies and the public. Particularities of the new city hall would be to accommodate different government offices towards the better rendering of public service
