Exploying Preferences on Passenger Ship Exprience

Abstract
More and more people are starting to take an interest in passenger ships due to the fact that it is environmentally and financially beneficial. One strategy to increase demand for passenger ships is to promote greater utilization and more frequent trips. to promote greater utilization and more frequent trips. This research analyzed the preferences for passenger ship experience. The researcher collected the necessary data by distributing a survey questionnaire. Sixty (60) students from a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM - CM) Major in Cruise Management at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Lucena City were recruited using a technique of purposive sampling. Using a quanititative-descriptive strategy, the data was analyzed through different statistical treatments. Academics can use the findings of this research to understand the passengers better and tailor their services to their preferences.
