students' challenges in organizing the documents, processing the time, and paying the fees for the documents. This study also utilized a quantitative-descriptive research design. Surveys using a self-constructed questionnaire were conducted. This was employed among BSMT, 3rd year of the MSEUF. Furthermore, statistical treatments such as weighted mean and ranking were used to analyze the data. The study was conducted from August 2023 to May 2024.
The data gathering procedure showed that the most difficult documents to accomplish were the POEA seafarers' registration certificate, COP 11/4 - Rating form of a navigational watch, and the COP VI/2.1 Proficiency in Survival Craft and COP V1/2.1 PSCRB Verified. It was concluded that the employment processes among BSMT graduates are complex and increasing based on the necessities.
