DETERMINANTS OF CONSUMER’S PERCEIVED SATISFACTION IN ONLINE SHOPPING DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract
Online shopping is a relatively new e-commerce phenomenon that has transformed the way people shop around the world. The increasing acceptability of online payments has provided businesses with a unique opportunity to connect with their customers due to increasing internet and mobile penetration. with the rise of online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to understand the consumer's purchase decisions. The main purpose of this study was to determine the perceived satisfaction of the selected college student of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in online shopping. This study used 75 questionnaire surveys distributed among the selected college students at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City. The system approach (Input-Process-Output) was used in describing the conceptual framework of the study Purposive sampling was selected by the researchers as the best sampling method for the analysis. Purposive sampling was used to select students based on the researchers' evaluation of who or which students will provide the best feedback. A quantitative survey approach was used to gather the necessary data. Through a survey questionnaire, the demographic profile of the respondents was determined using frequency and percentage distribution. The Weighted Mean was used to determine whether the pandemic influenced consumers' willingness to purchase through online channels, as well as the determinants of customer perceived satisfaction in online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of security, information availability, shipping, product quality, pricing, and time.. The research
will help e-commerce sites and companies who can lead to a deeper understanding
of the determinants that influence purchase decisions and customer satisfaction.
