Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the encountered experiences among social workers in Tayabas, Quezon. Through semi-structured interviews with five current social workers , the study focused on highlighting the experience encountered by the children under their custody by social workers and how social workers perceived the situation. The study is qualitative with purposive sampling and used individual interviews for social workers in data collection. The study serves as an information resource to the social welfare department, public and private, as well as an idea of the social workers, lives and professional reality. The findings may open doors for organizations to read and see how their employees feel and make the determination.
Furthermore, these studies serve as an instrument to make better policies for the care and well-being of their employees and clients. The realistic picture of public child welfare works those participants shared has the potential to be useful to future social work students, researchers, professors, law enforcement, and administrators of public child welfare agencies.
