The Level of Satisfaction of the Community to the Work Performance of PNP Pagbilao

Abstract
Ensuring peace and security in the community is vital in maintaining economic
development, social order, and political stability in terms of peace and order,
responding to calls, and social support of law enforcers. This study aimed to
determine the respondents’ level of satisfaction with the work performance of the
PNP in Pagbilao, Quezon. The results show that all of the respondents are satisfied with the work of the PNP pagbilao. The results implies that the respondents agreed with the deterrence of potential criminal activiites within the municipality.
