Abstract
The proposed system was designed and intended for institutions to improve their manual posting of announcement.
Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) was used to guide the system development process. It was used in order to develop the system to analyze the functional requirements and to elaborate analysis models to produce implementation of the system. Use case diagrams, Class diagrams and deployment diagrams were also used to utilize the systems functions. PHP Hypertext Processor is a scripting language that used for the web development and it was embedded into HTML. HTML5 were also used for describing the contents and appearance of Web pages that includes in the system. MySQL serves as the database for storing all data and records on the system.
The Mobile Bulletin Board System (MBBS) can be apply or use by the institutions to improve their broadcasting or manual posting. Since the project is a web-based, it uses domain name to fully encompass the advantage of having a mobile or online system that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
Based on the results of the proposed Mobile Bulletin Board System, it shows that the developed system has achieved its functional requirements in creating online broadcasting of announcements and information for institutions. Therefore the proponents highly recommend that the system be used by institutions that desire to improve their manual posting through online broadcasting.
