ISUMBONG MO KAY TULFO: THE EFFECTS OF RAFFY TULFO IN ACTION’S SHOW TO THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

Abstract
This study aimed to assess the perception pf the Lupong Tagapamayapa regarding the Raffy Tulfo in Action shows and its effect on their perspective in criminal justice system. The population was selected through random sampling and all processes in data gathering were conducted through distribution of questionnaires. The respondents favored the show's technique in resolving disputes, believing it provides a better resolution of disputes at the barangay level and provides an accessible and effective form of justice community members. However, the show caused damage to the barangay and criminal justice system.
