This study focused on the preparation prior to an emergency incident that was critical in ensuring that people inside the university had the necessary equipment, knew where to go, and knew how to keep themselves safe in the event of an emergency and incident. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of preparedness of MSEUF in terms of emergency preparedness situations and to know whether the university was efficient enough to ensure the safety of all the students, professors and other school staff. To acquire all the necessary information needed for the study, the researchers used a quantitative research approach. the researchers used questionnaires as a tool to gather the data needed for the study. The researchers used a random sampling technique in choosing the respondents. The result of the study concluded that the MSEUF is prepared in terms of emergencies based on the overall findings of the study and recommended carrying out the university's effective preparedness plan in terms of emergencies. The researcher produced a brochure as an output to disseminate information on what to do and what not to do in the vent of an incident or emergency. The output will serve as a guide for students, faculty, and employees to be aware of and prepared for these events.
