E-LEARNING AND SMS GRADE INQUIRY FOR MSEUF

The proposed system was designed and intended for Mobile E-Learning. The application focuses on efficiently and effectively managing their respective academic student grades in monitoring across their project. Rapid Application Design (RAD) was seed in order to develop the system to analyze the functional requirements and to elaborate the analysis models to produce implementation specifications of the system. Use case diagrams, class diagrams, entity relation diagram and deployment diagrams were utilized to elaborate the systems function and routines. PHP Hypertext Processor or commonly known as PHP was the main programming language used in this study and MySQL serves as the database for storing vital records on the system. In addition Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and some JavaScript were also used. Several tools are also used in development of the system such as Apache Server and Dreamweaver CS3. Fact finding instruments such as interview and observation were applied to determine the requirements of the desired application. Questionnaires were used for measuring the efficiency of the proposed system as evaluated by the end-users. As the results of the given evaluation report with the highest ranking on the Functionality Issue gathering with the rate of 4.59 of the total average and the lowest is Reliability with the 4.32 as its average percentage. Lined in the ranking are Efficiency, Usability, Portability, and Maintainability are lined respectively.
