Impact of Alternating Community Quarantine Guideleines on Well Being of Filipino Young Adults during the COVID-19 Pandemic Quarantine Period

Abstract
This study aims to discover the impact of alternating community quarantine guidelines on Well Being of Filipino Young adults during the quarantine period in the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study utilized a Quantitative Study, precisely the Correlational Research method, as its research design. The instrument used by the researcher in the study is an online survey containing a question created by the researcher. The respondents to this survey are young Filipino adults enrolled at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation betweek the ages of 20 and 26. Using Stratified Random Sampling, the researcher chose the study participants. The researcher obtained 363 participants for the study. Due to the current situation in the philippines, the research is conducted via online platforms, including facebook messenger and NEO-LMS. The study's finding showed that the well-being of Filipino young adults was negatively affected during the period of alternating community quarantine during the Covid 19 Pandemic quarantine period, particularly in terms of their emotional and physical well-being. On the other hand, it enhances their social well-being. Second, the coping mechanisms that young adults in the philippines frequently use are emotional coping mechanisms. In addition, they would sometimes resort to social and physical coping mechanisms. Lastly, a significant relationship exist between emotional well-being and physical stretegies and between social-being and emotional, social, and physical strategies.
