The study was conducted to determine the challenges and coping mechanisms of accounting students during online learning. The study used a quantitative approach and utilized a significant difference type of research. There were a total of eighty-four (84), different accounting courses, specifically on the premises of (1) Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation – Lucena City, (2) Maryhill College, (3) Sacred Heart College, (4) St. Anne College of Lucena, Inc., (5) Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc., and (6) Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena. The respondents were selected through a proportional quota sampling technique wherein the major characteristics of the population are represented by sampling them based on their proportion in the study population. Using the appropriate statistical tool or technique and the proper treatment of the Percentage Method, Weighted Mean, Standard Deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA), and Cronbach alpha to the Tallied and Analyzed Data collected, researchers came up with prominent recommendations which will be beneficial to selected people.
