THE IMPACT OF COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAM UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2020-029 TO JOB PERFORMANCE OF POLICE OFFICERS IN A CITY OF QUEZON PROVINCE

Abstract
This study focused on understanding the impact of the memorandum circular no. 2020-
029 to the job performance of police officers in a city in Quezon Province. This made use of
descriptive research methods and used survey questionnaire to gather the data needed.
Upon the analysis of the results of the gathered data, it was revealed that the majority of the
respondents were males aged 31-40 years old with 6 to 10 years in the service. The majority
of the respondents were familiar with proper diet, had good physical fitness test results, and
had good mental wellness. The majority of the respondents were able to be more concerned
with their health and well-being due to the memorandum. The researchers recommended a
more widespread information drive and more motivational activities to be provided for police
officers to take the memorandum seriously.
