Completed2023

Abstract

The family is the smallest society in a community, which is the beginning of a relationship. Everyone, including children, must know how to avoid or escape unexpected fires. Fire officers should be one of their family's role models in good behavior, both intellectually and physically, especially in being committed to strategic action. Moreover, BFP departments are implementing strategic programs and activities to make the community feel safe and secure. These partnerships assist in building trust among community residents and Fire officer organizations. As a result, fire officers, law enforcers, government leaders, health care and social assistance providers, and other community members can work together. The goal of this study is to determine how respondents feel about the effectiveness of BFP Community Relations in Lucena City in the years 2021- 2022, as well as to determine the respondents' level of awareness and satisfaction with the Lucena BFP Department's effectiveness in the areas of community safety, community information, fire officer institution information, and community organization and mobilization. Sixty-one (61) barangay households in Lucena City, Quezon Province, were surveyed as responders. They were categorized based on age, gender, educational level, and occupation. In this situation, the survey was conducted using simple random sampling, where each individual can be selected, and each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected.
