EFFECTIVENESS OF PROGRAMS IN JUVENILE DELINQUENCY: BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING CHILD IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW SUPPORT SYSTEM PROGRAM
Abstract
This research aims to see how effective juvenile delinquency programs are in the
selected Brgy. in the municipality of Pagbilao, Quezon. The data for this study were
gathered using quantitative descriptive research design. The respondents came from
the different community members in DSWD, Bahay Pag-Asa, Brgy. Health workers,
Barangay Council for the Protection of Childrens (BCPC) in the Municipality of Pagbilao.
And as for research instruments, a survey questionnaire was used. The researchers
attempted to address the aforementioned concerns while also justifying and satisfying
the study's objectives. The questionnaire included study-related questions based on the
objectives. Participants were requested to complete a self-created questionnaire
provided by the researchers to aid in the current inquiry. The questionnaire includes a
statement and a Likert scale for responding to it. The data revealed that juvenile
delinquency programs must be adjusted for more successful results.
