A PROPOSED AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTER

The study focuses on the urban agriculture research center design in Lucena City, Quezon. This means agriculture enhances public health and lessens health disparities. The proposed Agricultural research center allows for the development of agriculture located in Barangay Mayao Parada, Lucena City. This kind of place will give a better solution to innovative solutions and other problems due to the actual observation. The research is about innovation; this study focuses on the innovative construction of agricultural facilities and their surroundings using contemporary and updated standards for developing research centers with corresponding regulations; P.D. 1096. Furthermore, the disaster effectiveness of the agriculture research center will depend on the organization, personnel mobility, equipment, and supplies. Disaster occurrence remains at its new and consistently high level; disaster impacts on livelihoods and economies continue to expand significantly. (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation, 2021). Hence, The primary building under consideration is meant to be built and implemented using sustainable design solutions to be a self-sufficient building that requires maximum use of natural resources and is receptive to the comfort of climate change and any other associated disasters. Additionally, the proposed site will be located at Barangay Mayao Parada, Lucena City, near to the Integrated Agriculture High School and in the place of agricultural land, which is the best location for the proposed project.
