Completed2023

Abstract

In the 2015 census, 26,884 people live in Unisan Quezon, and 13.65% are 55 or older. This means that Unisan alone has 3,670 elders in total. According to statistics from WHO, approximately 1 in 6 adults aged 18 and older have reported experiencing verbal, physical, or financial abuse in a community environment. Older adults get unwell and fragile as their bodies deteriorate, thus requiring more adoration, understanding, and care (Care INC). The researcher sought different approval letters to conduct the study and went through snowball sampling. Qualitative methods such as phenomenological and case studies are the basis of the project’s spaces. Data were collected and tabulated for the researcher to develop a viable design for the project. To be located at Brgy. Panaon,MANUEL S. ENVERGA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION Lucena City An Autonomous University DR. CESAR A. VILLARIBA RESEARCH AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE QUALITY FORM Document Code: DCAVRKMI-F-URF Unisan, Quezon, the project's goal is to create high-quality aged care that provides seniors with a place to live and entertain, a sense of community, and a sense of purpose for them to stay happy and healthy. In line with this situation, the proximity of the facilities to the project makes it advantageous to locate it there, avoiding traffic jams and needless delays for emergencies for older adults.
