For the data gathering procedure, the researcher surveyed the questionnaire in Likert Scale form. The respondents of this study are the grade 10 students of selected public high schools in Tagkawayan. School A has 78 respondents and School B has 63 respondents a total of 141 respondents, majority of them are female under 14 - 17 years old and preferred Visual Art Production instead of Visual Art criticism which suggests that art criticism needs empowerment. According to the study, DBAE helps students to have a sense of direction in choosing their careers. Also, a call for printed materials improvement and providing art-related seminars is a must. For full implementation of DBAE, the Arts and Design Track in Senior High is needed to be empowered and added to all Public High Schools. Equal privilege in Internet connection is a must. And finally, students must embrace the hybrid system of education.
