Abstract
This study aimed to determine the knowledge of 2nd Class Marine Engineering at Manuel
S. Enverga University Foundation. It specifically sought to know their knowledge in terms of
handling a ship's emergency and the duties and responsibilities of the crew in handling ship emergencies. The researchers used simple random sampling. In a simple random sample, every
member of the population has an equal chance of being selected. The sampling frame should
include the whole population. The questionnaire was administered online using Google Forms to gather data for the study.
