Utilizing 21st Century Learning Skills of Maritime Students During Covid Pandemic

New Normal and Flexible Learning is about acquiring new knowledge, or adapting and reinforcing existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values or preferences and can involve the synthesis of different types of information. Flexible learning set of educational philosophies and systems that aim to provide learners with greater choice, convenience and personalization based on the learner. In particular, flexible learning allows learners to choose where, when and how learning takes place. Sometimes it is also talk about personalized learning. To facilitate learning, instructors must have a basic understanding of the various student learning styles. All students, not just those with one particular learning type, are reached by effective education. Students who are taught exclusively using techniques that are incompatible with their learning style may find it difficult to learn well, but they should be exposed to these techniques in some capacity so that they can develop a wide variety of learning skills and strategies. Visual presentations tend to be more effective at retaining knowledge than written or spoken text. This study was concerned mainly on the analysis on how the 3rd year maritime students of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation utilizated the 21st century learning skills in the middle of covid 19 pandemic. The researchers collected information from existing and potential participants using probability sampling methods and sent out questionnaires through google forms ,the results of which was depicted in the form of numerical. Probability sampling is defined as a sampling technique in which the researcher chose samples from a larger population using a method based on the theory of probability. The participant was considered as a probability sample and be selected using a simple random selection. Results show that students used different 21st century learning skills.
