Deliverista: A B2B Web and Mobile Application for Order and Delivery Services

This capstone project was designed to centralize the online ordering services on its platform that has a certain feature that is accurate to the online ordering and delivery services between retailers and wholesalers. The developed project was created to maintain a good relationship with the customer by providing them with quality products and services that will offer a wide variety of quality items for the customers. Many people find it difficult to shop for grocery products, especially those who have tasks at home. The developed project will help customers to shop for their grocery products by browsing their computers or smartphones. The researchers gather data using surveys through google forms having 17 respondents. Based on the results, the developed project can be an effective platform for ordering and delivery of grocery products that users may need. International Organization for Standardization or ISO 25010 specified criteria was the basis to conclude the functionality and usability of the system.
