Abstract

Educational institutions' principal goal is to generate high-quality graduates who will contribute to the nation's workforce. As a result, higher education institutions must provide graduates with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for employment. According to the findings, the majority of respondents are continuously engaged in course-related employment. Graduates place a high emphasis on the agency's or institution's income and perks while considering their first job or continuing in their present one. On the other hand, graduates took longer to find work, with family issues being the most common cause of unemployment. It was also discovered that the main challenge/problems faced by graduates are the credentials established by the agency/institution applied for.
