Abstract

This study assessed the implementation of health and safety protocols in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Quezon Province. The study identify BJMP health and safety violations, as well as their responses to various violent safety protocols, as well as the difficulties associated with implementing the health protocol in BJMP in Quezon Province. A quantitative method was used to measure the results and conduct a study on the effectiveness of health and safety protocol implementation in the Quezon Province Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology's target population will consist of exactly one hundred (110) respondents. Furthermore, the primary research instrument used in the study is an online survey questionnaire for data collection. As statistical treatments, frequency and percentage were used. The researcher's goal was to identify and comprehend health and safety protocols in BJMP personnel, facilities, and inmates, to assist management in supervising and controlling the administration and operation of their duties, to determine whether improvements are required, and to assist inmates in improving their health and safety. Their understanding of health and safety protocols will grow as they learn how to put them into practice at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. They will also become more aware of their potential career.
