Abstract
The study focused on the feedback mechanisms employed by school heads and its implication to teacher-principal relationship in the elementary level. The analysis was based on the responses of teachers and principals in the Third District of Quezon Province. Descriptive research design was used in which the respondents were composed of 288 public elementary school teachers and 12 principals.
