school principals in the Third Congressional District of Quezon and its implication to
teachers’ performance. It utilized quantitative approach, specifically, the descriptive
survey method using survey questionnaire in gathering data from public elementary
school principals and teachers in the aforementioned district. Percentage, weighted
mean, and t-test were used as statistical tools in analyzing the data.
Results of the study revealed that both school principals and teachers who
participated in this study have rated the extent of school head’s instructional leadership
with respect to all variables as practiced to a very great extent and that the school
head’s instructional leadership provides implications that may be used as an avenue for
the improvement of teacher’s performance and of the possible division/district programs
and projects of every instructional leader and teachers. Among others, the study
