EFFECTIVENESS OF ENGINE WATCHKEEPING TRAINING AMONG THE MARITIME STUDENTS OF A UNIVERSITY IN REGION IV-A IN THE TIME OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of engine watchkeeping training among the maritime students of a university in Region IV-A in the time of the covid-19 pandemic The quantitative descriptive research design was adopted in this study to conduct a training collection of information on the effectiveness of engine watchkeeping training among the maritime students of a university in Region IV-A 60 randomly selected third-year students of the College of Maritime Education of the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. A survey questionnaire was used as a research instrument which was administered online to gather data for the study. Frequency and percentage were used as statistical treatments.
