In other municipalities to support the needs of the entire community to the current situation, establishments of structure must be given attention like spiritual facility, health centers, and schools. In the absence of these important facilities, these will result into lack of knowledge. Moreover, the precise number of people in each village that will benefit this project is a great factor to consider. Hence, a new parish church that will serve and support the spiritual needs is necessary. The church is very challenging to plan, especially in a rural area where there is no flat terrain. With the consideration of needs of the people, this study focused on the construction of catholic parish church with good access to its location, and the accommodation to ensure that it will help solve the problem of the problem. In terms of the location, it was proposed to be located to Barangay Progreso Purok 5 in Gumaca, Province of Quezon serving the towns to Gumaca-Pitogo-Mulanay-San Narciso road,
