Abstract

Nowadays, the development of any country depends upon cultural and trading activities. Imports and exports of goods or products play an important role in stabilizing our economy of a country. This research study dealt with the development of Trade and Cultural Center in the towns that accommodate all kinds of agricultural business enterprises with recreational, bistro, and dining facilities. This study helps to create opportunities for new commerce and trade, and cultural arts tourism, particularly to the town of Gumaca. Developing the town with Art and Entertainment aimed to promote local tourism as well as the culture and arts in the province, to develop and sustain local cultural and artistic talents, cultural industries, traditional and contemporary arts and crafts, and their processes. The connection of indoor and outdoor spaces together with the design of buildings into the culture of Quezon was utilized. The combination of modern and vernacular architecture was considered. This study will enhance the stability and development of towns leading to economic growth and tourism promotion in the province, as well as the 4th district of Quezon.
