The proposed Candelaria Commercial Complex and Leisure Park was designed to reveal the potential that the town of Candelaria could establish in the province of Quezon, considering the towns innate resources that the town could provide altogether with the endeavor cooperation of the people of Candelaria the development will become more reachable and easy to facilitate The proposed design of Candelaria Commercial complex and Leisure Park sought to raise advocacy in developing the locale to a much more industrializes set. The project intend to offer a unique architectural design, that converts the cargo containers structures into innovative commercial buildings that requires lower budget cost, less energy and efficient in terms of their construction, without taking the risk of providing a highly aesthetic architectural designs, for the municipality of Candelaria, which will serves as its edge among the other commercial building in the nearby towns of Quezon that can also be a center of attraction that might lift the economic status of Candelaria Quezon. The complex integrates the leisure along with the ecological resources that will develop the commercial industry further. The project will include commercial spaces for the office building, boutique, food court, coffee shop, rentable stalls, convenient store, supermarket, park, playground and an event hub in conducting activities that will in vibe greater tourists to experience the uniqueness of Candelaria.
