A Site Development Plan of an Industrial Park in Brgy. Mayao Parada, Lucena City

The proponents identify the main problem such as: there is a need of a serviced land, to accommodate industrial establishments which will be situated far from residential area, provided by more than one transport mode, and adequate area for industrial uses. The proposed project consist of 18 Lots with a total area of 695,549 sq. m. The main objective of the study is to develop a site development plan of an industrial park in Brgy. Mayao Parada, Lucena City. To be able to achieve the main objective, the proponents design a consolidation-subdivision development plan, prepare the complete survey returns of the consolidation-subdivision plan, prepare the technical specifications, cost estimates, and the program of works, and develop the site development plan of an Industrial Park. A total station and RTK were used to provide measurements from survey control points. Designing of the Industrial Park was based on the design standards and guidelines of HLURB AO No. 02 Series of 1992 and PD 957. The complete survey returns of the consolidation-subdivision plan was prepared for the approval of plan. Technical specifications was prepared to serves as a guide for the conduct of survey. The estimated cost of the project is based on the current rate of cost of labor and equipment. The survey estimated cost of Php 820,000.00. The site development plan was prepared.
