Unemployment among Criminology Graduates: An Analysis

Abstract
The study was focused on the unemployment of criminology graduates. The researchers used the descriptive method of research to study the level of unemployment of the criminology graduates in Lucena City. The descriptive method was appropriate in determining the demographic profile of the population sample, as well as the self-constructed survey questionnaire of the researchers. This paper examined the reasons why college graduates are continuously experiencing unemployment. Several reasons explain their unemployment status. Moreover, this paper identified each component at an individual level. Results reveal that most of the criminology graduates are having lack of communication skills. The reason why some criminology graduates are unemployed is that they do not meet minimum qualifications for age requirements, height, and eligibility. The most common reasons of being unemployed are being vulnerable to stress due to pressure from the family and society, also being unqualified of passing the board exam and the required height. Some of the researcher's recommendations are addressed to the study that it should be a reference for other studies connected to unemployment among Criminology graduates. The researchers also recommends that they work hard and do their best to find appropriate jobs that they desire and are capable of doing. A proposed action plan seminar program in the solution of unemployment among criminology is the major final of the research.
