The Health Impacts on Barangay Tanod personnel were prepared by the researchers using a survey questionnaire, the questionnaire answered will therefore be analyzed using statistical treatment. The Physical and Mental Health impacts after analysis will be enumerated and can therefore show awareness to the barangay sector, and the public about the matter and can create a solution about the matter. Findings have shown that the major physical impact of the pandemic on Barangay Tanod based on the result of the survey is that it made the job more tiring because of the hard-headed individuals who do not follow health protocols such as wearing face masks and social distancing. When it comes to the mental impact, the majority of the respondents strongly agreed that they’ve experienced depression and anxiety because of the panic the pandemic has caused. And the foremost problem encountered by the respondents in performing their responsibilities as Barangay Tanod stated that they always have difficulty in implementing new protocols. The researchers then proposed a comprehensive COVID-19 Symposium Community Education that would empower the knowledge of community members to help the officials mitigate the pandemic.
