MediKo: Web and Mobile Teleconsultation Appointment and Reminding System for Medical Practitioners and Patients

Abstract
Coronavirus disease has become a major issue in people’s daily lives, especially in their health and people have become concerned and have been careful with their health amidst their busy life schedules and responsibilities. Due to their daily routine, it is inevitable that they will forget to take care of their health. In this study, the main objective of the project was to design and develop a web and mobile application that can be used as a teleconsultation app for medical appointment scheduling, medicine reminder, tracker, and management. The application was developed based on the Agile methodology with Kanban Approach. The application underwent the black box testing technique for software testing and based on the result, the application passes the condition given in the testing. After the evaluation to the target users, it gained a weighted average of 4.23 after combining all the results of each criterion. Based on the responses of the participants, they strongly agree that the application meets the conditions in the criteria of ISO 25010.
