Hidden Treasure: An E-Commerce of Arts and Antiques for Bea Antica

Abstract
Recently, the owner of the Bea Antica has begun to analyze on how they can manage the products and how the movement of the sales and items are changing and the impact of that changes in their business. The result has been very helpful to the owner because it gave new insights on how they can handle and manage products/items in their business.
This E-Commerce Website is for Bea Antica. It is a web-based application that helps to manage the data like sales, inventory of items, and data of customers. At the same time, it allowed the owner and staff to see the available stocks of items. The system supported the automated information management system and the sales in items that improved the record management effectiveness due to the big data. The project includes two main modules: the admin and customer. The admin module focuses on the inventory. The admin/seller can only view the system by logging in. The admin/seller can add more items and can add more stocks of the item. Using the given data and report, it will generate sales and report. It can be useful for the business to track sales for the day or months. This study was developed for Bea Antica in Tayabas City, Quezon Province and for the admin and staff of the system and was evaluated using the ISO 250.
