Generally, the respondents encountered challenges in terms of learning environment while they do not much have challenge in purposive learning and least challenge in the diversity of learning. The study further revealed that there was a significant difference on their classroom management practices when they grouped as to the demographic profile, while they only differed in terms of sex and educational attainment when they were asked about the challenges encountered. The results of this study served as basis for designing an action plan for effective classroom management style.
