IMPACT OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE OF SELECTED MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMES) IN A PHILIPPINE DISTRICT
Abstract
The study aimed to determine the impact of operations management and technological innovation practices on organizational performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in a selected Philippine district. The study used quantitative research and descriptive approach through survey questionnaires distributed to 210 business owners, managers, and employees of manufacturing enterprises in the 2nd district of Quezon province. Using descriptive and multivariate statistics, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between operations management and organizational performance, the same with technological innovation and organizational performance.
