Abstract
The proposed study focuses on the Development of a Descriptive Analytics Solution for Management of Equipment in Lucena City Health Office that records and manages the transactions of the equipment from Lucena City Health Office to all the barangay. Health centers in Lucena City. By the help of descriptive analytics, this study can aid the problem concerning management of the equipment in terms of summary report that can be used to provide information to improve safekeeping. The researchers used Cross-industry process for data mining as the methodology. The Researchers used charts that suits any data visualization needed for the generation of descriptive analytic report of the Lucena City Health Office including medical, office, vehicles and other equipment. The generated report from the chart can be used for decision making in managing Lucena City Health Office equipment. The evaluation used 8 criteria from ISO 25010 as basis to assess the quality of the system. These criteria are as follows: Functional Suitability, Reliability, Portability, Performance Efficiency, Security, Compatibility, Maintainability, and Usability, the system garnered an over-all “Very Much Attainable” remark with a mean of 4.72.
