EFFECTIVENESS OF SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND GEAR IN THE WORKSHOP OF MSEUF

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of safety precaution and gear in the work shop in the MSEUF. The gathering of data was conducted in MSEUF through descriptive research. A total of 40 students who have classes at the machine shop and familiar to the safety precaution to answered the survey questioner. Results revealed that the safety precaution made the students and personnel in-charge reduce various accidents in the work shop. Through safety precaution and gear, there was an increase in the production with lower cost and it helped to easily rectify the error of the work shop. This implied that the safety precaution is very effective and reliable in terms of precaution, safety, maintenance, and quantity of education. Meanwhile, the problems encountered in using safety precaution including the personnel in-charge of it. Some applications of safety precaution are not totally developed and some of the students were lack of skills in using precaution in the workplace considering that the success and safety of information is human dependent. Since, the MSEUF is concerned in this matter, it was recommended that they should develop an application for the safety precaution in the workshop place. They can provide safety precaution or things involved in the safety of the students to lessen the hazardous problems encountered by the students and those personnel in-charge. Moreover, they should create an additional category on safety w/c hazardous problems because a simple problem may cause accident and still part of the safety precaution in the work shop. They should also conduct an evaluation of the safety precaution and gear to identify what should be enhanced to make it move.
