Development of Sales Monitoring System with Descriptive Analytics Solution for Padua Rice Mill

For Padua Rice Mill, it is important to monitor the sales performance in every institution and success is defined as ensuring achievement for every sales. The project aimed to develop a sales monitoring system that will utilize the concept of descriptive analytics in order to help the stakeholders adequately monitor the sales performance of the rice mill. The proponents used RAD software methodology in developing the system utilizing web-based tools. The content and features are composed of summarized analyzed ad hoc report, pivot table and charts of the sales. After the development, the system underwent system evaluation participants by owner and manager. The evaluators gave Padua Rice Mill an overall “Strongly Agree” remark with the mean of 4.70 which means the system achieved proper characteristic of a good system.
