U.S. Work and Travel Program of CTHRM, MSEUF: Learning Experiences, Problems and Difficulties

Chapter 1- The Problem Background and Rationale or the Background of the study tackles what will be the study, it focuses with its problem on what will be the basis of the study. US Work and Travel of CTHRM, MSEUF: Learning experiences, Problems and Difficulties is the title of our study with its problems with the outcomes garnered by the participants. Its problems and difficulties with the social adjustment, personal adjustment, administrative and supervisory rules and the skills needed in the training, primarily the study is bent to know the learning experiences, problems and difficulties encountered by the participants. Chapter 2- Review of related literature is relating with the other studies and literary books with foreign and local. Chapter 3- Research methods and Techniques focuses on how ill be the study, how to come up with the data. We used the qualitative type of data with the students of CTHRM, MSEUF is the respondents in our study. Chapter 4- Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of data. This chapter presents the data gathered from the respondents, CTHRM students of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation who joined the US work and travel program, 1 from the 1st batch and 6 from the 3rd batch. This phase of the study discovered and described on what are the results on joining the US work and travel program. The analysis of the data collected is presented in this chapter. Chapter 5- Summary, Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations. The previous chapter deals with analysis and interpretation of data by way of interview. In this chapter, a brief summary on the research paper will be presented the findings from the data we gathered from the participants that we interviewed, is presented. The recommendations that will serve as guidelines to assist the other students who will participate the said program. Determining what is the learning experiences, problems, and difficulties of the participants of the US work and travel program and how that ideal is connected with the field of Tourism Industry.
