Abstract

This Research paper entitled, “A TRACER STUDY OF BS HRM GRADUATES OF MSEUF LUCENA CITY, S.Y. 2010-2014: IMPLICATION TO CURRICULUM ENHANCEMENT” is discussing about the curriculum of the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management that needs to be enhanced in order to earn information and opinions in the curriculum of the graduates to benefit the skills and knowledge of present BS HRM Students in MSEUF Lucena City. The researchers traced the BS HRM Graduates to conduct a survey questionnaire. The researchers used the social media to connect and communicate with the graduates of S.Y. 2010-2014. The Survey questionnaire was divided into three parts, the demographic profile of the respondents, their Educational Qualifications In Terms of Academic and Skills Training That Assist Graduates in Relation to Their Present Job and The Effects of the Present Curriculum to BS HRM Graduates in Becoming Successful in Their Job. The researchers came up with summary of findings, conclusion, recommendations and implications for the study. The researcher recommends boosted morale of the students to participate to different school activities, affairs, and mostly to examinations whether it would be oral, practical, or written. The study is relevant to the ability of the students to manage and operate a Hotel and Restaurant by applying the theories and concepts learned in the school.
