Abstract

This study focused on the Quezon Province Tourism Office Promotional Tools in Tourism Engagement. The researchers used the Quantitative Method and conducted a survey questionnaire that was answered by the respondents. The main purpose of this study was to review the impact and effectiveness of promotional tools used by the Provincial Tourism Office. The researchers reviewed the effectiveness of the tools that the Provincial Tourism Office used to promote tourist destinations in the province and identified the impact of the promotions in every tourist who visited the province. It contributed to the research on engagement studies, tourist experiences, and destination service management.
