Abstract
Comparison of travel agencies between Manila (specifically in Malate Manila) and Lucena City is the chosen study of the researchers because as well know, travel agencies have a big part in the economic growth of marketing in the tourism industry. Furthermore, travel agencies provide consultation services and entire travel packages for the tourist to be able to have a stress free travel and enjoy every memory.
This study can be a source of information related to the travel agencies’ services and every information must be efficient and effectively provided. If the tangible product is a quality service, then the tourist needs to know everything that the business offers.
The main target of the researchers in conducting the study was to find out how well the service quality was and understanding the expectations and requirements of the customers and establishing priorities and standards to judge how the market met these goals.
The different articles presented were some of the study of operation and the market of travel agencies. Travel agencies now are the in demand business and that is the reason these establishments were led to have a successful factor of operations. It is not easy to manage and maintain the customer’s loyalty if they have a study of operation and the likes.
