The Impact of Rural Tourism in Social Life of the Residents in Lucban, Quezon

Tourism is widely known for sustainability with different components; economic, social and environmental aspects. This research analysed the impacts of rural tourism in Lucban, Quezon in various phases. The researchers gathered information about the factors that influence the developments in Lucban. This study aims to identify the tourism services that the local residents are offering. The focuses of this study are the variables that affect the residents of Lucban, Quezon in social aspect, economic welfare and in the environment. The researchers will prepare an action plan proposal as a possible resolution for the existing predicaments based on the responses of the respondents. The propose action plan will lead to an improvement or sustainability of tourism and its services. This study used descriptive and quantitative method with a respondents coming from Lucban, Quezon.
